Our sales persons forward the customer’s¦ requests to our QC department .Production and quality control will be handled according to the following stages:
- Inspection of material prior to production.
- Arrangement of pre-production samples to be sent to client for approval. We will also forward some samples for SGS testing if items must conform to specific safety standards, such as EN-71, FDA, AZO free, low cadmium. lead content, etc..
- When everything has been approved and confirmed, our sales persons will sign an approval for confirming production can commence. Our QC will then follow-up the production by arranging during production inspections and arrange for the production samples to be sent to our sales persons for the examination. Samples will then be sent to our customers for their reference/record.
- Final AQL will be arranged when production has finished and goods packed. Shipment release will only be approved by sales persons after inspection passed.
Shipment Control
After the shipment release has been issued, the file will be passed to shipping department for shipment control/follow-up all the communications and documentation with customers.
